Veronica Butler, 27, and 39-year-old Jilian Kelley were last seen together in a vehicle, which was later found abandoned in a rural area of Texas County, Oklahoma.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation stated that Tad Bert Cullum, 43, Tifany Machel Adams, 54, Cole Earl Twombly, 50, and Cora Twombly, 44, were arrested on Saturday and charged with two counts each of first-degree murder and kidnapping, along with one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.

On Sunday, two bodies were discovered in Texas County, pending identification by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
According to a missing persons alert issued by the Texas County Sheriff's Department, Butler and Kelley were last seen on March 30, traveling together in a vehicle. They were en route from Kansas to pick up Butler's children, as reported by CBS affiliate KWTV. However, they did not reach their destination, prompting the missing persons alert.
Notably, Butler had been involved in a custody dispute, although it remains unclear if this is linked to her disappearance.
The abandoned vehicle the women were traveling in was found near the Oklahoma-Kansas border, by Oklahoma State Highway 95, as per the state's bureau of investigation.
Shortly after the discovery of the vehicle, investigators expressed suspicion of foul play, citing undisclosed evidence that indicated such a possibility. However, specific details about this evidence were not disclosed.
