Adele Confronts Fan Shouting "Pride Sucks" in Las Vegas Performance
Adele, known for her candid interactions with fans, didn't hold back during a recent performance in Las Vegas when an audience member shouted "Pride sucks" during her show at Caesars Palace’s Colosseum over the weekend.
In a video circulating online, an incensed Adele halted her performance after the comment, which occurred shortly after she acknowledged the start of Pride month. The Grammy-winning artist unleashed a profanity-laced response, scolding the concertgoer.
"Did you come to my f–-in’ show and say, ‘Pride sucks?'" Adele snapped back. "Are you f–-ing stupid? Don’t be so f–-ing ridiculous." She continued from her piano bench, "If you’ve got nothing nice to say, shut up, alright?" Her remarks were met with cheers from supportive fans in the audience.
This incident follows a previous warning from Adele last year when she threatened to take action against anyone who threw objects at her during performances. In another fan-captured video, she addressed the issue, emphasizing the importance of show etiquette and asserting, "Dare you throw something at me and I'll f---ing kill you."
Adele's Las Vegas residency showcases her engaging style with the audience, as seen in past moments where she intervened on behalf of fans or called out disruptive behavior.
