Ben Potter, known to millions as Comicstorian, has tragically passed away at the age of 40. His wife, Nathalie Potter, announced his death on his X account on Monday, stating that he died in an accident on June 8th. Nathalie described Ben as not only a cherished online storyteller but also the "rock" of their family.


"To many of you, he was Comicstorian, voicing stories from across multiple different mediums. To his loved ones, he was one of the best and most supportive individuals anyone could ask for," she wrote. Nathalie emphasized Ben's loving and genuine nature, highlighting how he always made time for his family and friends, ensuring everyone was okay.

Ben launched his YouTube channel in 2014, amassing over three million subscribers with his engaging audio dramas, reviews, and analyses of comic books and superhero products, especially from Marvel and DC. His passion extended to his gaming channel, Eligible Monster Gaming, and his vlog and manga channel, Mangastorian.


In her post, Nathalie expressed her determination to continue Ben's legacy: "We supported each other on everything we wanted to do and I’m not about to stop now." She and his team plan to keep his channel active, continuing to share great stories and keep his memory alive.
