Similar to her 2008 struggles, Spears, 42, who has recently exhibited troubling behavior and is described as 'completely dysfunctional,' was spotted in her underwear, holding a pillow, and looking distressed as she left the hotel.

She appeared topless, disheveled, and clutching the pillow, surrounded by her security team and her ex, Paul Richard Soliz. Reports suggest they had a heated argument, and a woman matching Britney's description was allegedly 'harassing and threatening hotel employees and guests.'

Spears also shared a worrying Instagram message, claiming that the photos were of 'body doubles' and asserting that she was 'getting stronger every day.'

Brian Humphrey, an LAFD spokesman, said that emergency services received a call at 12.42 am regarding an adult female injury.

He added, 'At 1 am, an ambulance arrived on the premises. I can confirm no-one was transported. Services left the scene at 1.17 am. The police department were not called.'

According to TMZ, Spears arrived at the hotel late Wednesday night, with police responding to a 'disturbance' involving a woman similar to the singer allegedly 'harassing and threatening hotel employees and guests.'

However, officers found no signs of trouble and departed. The pair returned to their room around 11 pm, where they reportedly engaged in revelry. An altercation ensued, possibly resulting in Spears injuring her leg.

Reports indicate she was 'screaming and out of control' in the suite's hallway, prompting a call for paramedics due to concerns of a mental breakdown.

Spears did not use an ambulance and departed with her security, leaving Soliz behind.

Earlier this year in February, Spears debunked rumors of dating Paul in an Instagram video, emphasizing her satisfaction with being single.

In September last year, an insider stated that Britney and Paul were not dating, although they had a brief romantic involvement. Paul has a history of felonies, including possessing a firearm in December 2022 during his employment with Britney. He also faced legal issues related to probation violations in September 2023.

Reports emerged in 2019 about her being held against her will, leading to the #FreeBritney movement. The conservatorship ended in November 2021.

Recent events include settling her divorce from Sam Asghari, as well as expressing frustration towards her family and financial concerns. Insiders suggest she may be struggling with mental health and financial stability post-conservatorship.
