Ghanaian Pastor Apostle Solomon Oduro Announces Divorce from Rev. Charlotte Oduro
Ghanaian pastor Apostle Solomon Oduro, founder of Solomon Oduro Ministries, has officially announced the dissolution of his marriage to Rev. Charlotte Oduro, a well-known marriage counselor.
In 2022, Rev. Charlotte Oduro made headlines for advising women not to leave their husbands over infidelity but rather to welcome them with good treatment, food, and sex whenever they return home from extramarital affairs. She emphasized that while cheating is wrong, women should not be quick to judge but rather seek understanding and reconciliation.
In a press release issued on Monday, February 10, 2025, Apostle Oduro revealed that the decision to end the marriage was made after much prayer, discussion, and careful consideration due to irreconcilable differences.
The statement further disclosed that the couple had been separated for the past three years and had officially dissolved their marriage traditionally last year.
“As a man of God, a public figure, and a role model to many,” Apostle Oduro stated, “I feel it is my duty to officially communicate this development to the public to prevent misinformation, speculation, or undue controversy.”
He urged the Body of Christ, loved ones, and well-wishers to keep both himself and Rev. Charlotte Oduro in their prayers as they navigate this transition.
“May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guide all hearts and minds during this season of transition,” the statement concluded.
