Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good have officially tied the knot, according to a source on Tuesday, March 18. The source stated that the couple has a deep connection, adding, "They truly care for one another."
Another source shared details about their relationship, noting that they are "very much in love." At an engagement party for Paige Hurd and Royce O’Neale in Studio City this past Saturday, the couple appeared happy and affectionate. Good reportedly introduced Majors as her fiancé, and at one point, she was seen sitting in his lap, emphasizing their strong bond.
The couple confirmed their engagement at the EBONY Power 100 Gala in November 2024, where Good showcased her diamond engagement ring while posing on the red carpet. Speaking about their engagement, Good expressed their excitement, stating, "We’re feeling great." Majors echoed her sentiments, calling it "a season of joy."
The couple revealed that they first met at the same gala two years ago. Good described their initial encounter, highlighting their "instant chemistry." Their relationship became public in May 2023 when they were spotted together at the Alamo Drafthouse in Los Angeles. Around that time, Majors was involved in a legal battle related to misdemeanor assault and harassment charges, which he has consistently denied. Sources indicated that Good provided support during this period, and their friendship evolved into a romantic relationship. She was frequently seen attending Majors’ court appearances.
During a recent interview, Good spoke about the early days of their relationship, revealing that Majors initially tried to discourage her from being with him to protect her from the challenges he was facing. She recalled telling him, "I grew up in this industry. The things that I’ve been through gave me the bandwidth to love other people, regardless."
Majors' trial concluded in December 2023, resulting in a guilty verdict on two counts of misdemeanor assault and harassment. In April, he was sentenced to complete a one-year in-person intervention program in Los Angeles.
Good was previously married to pastor DeVon Franklin, with their divorce finalized in June 2022.
