Prince Harry and Meghan Markle brought immense excitement to Nigeria today, engaging in activities and inspiring schoolchildren during their visit to Abuja.


The Duchess, wearing a £450 Heidi Merrick 'Windsor' dress, expressed her honor to be in Nigeria and encouraged the pupils to be honest about their feelings and take care of themselves, emphasizing the importance of mental health awareness.




The couple participated in games, took selfies, and interacted with children, showcasing their support for mental health initiatives. Harry shared personal experiences about coping with loss and encouraged openness about mental health struggles, highlighting the Archewell Foundation's commitment to addressing these issues.





Their visit to Wuse Lightway Academy was followed by an engagement at the Nigerian Defence Headquarters, marking the beginning of their three-day tour in Nigeria.


The couple's warmth and genuine connection with the community were evident throughout the day.
