A Florida tour guide has been arrested in connection with the death of a woman whose body was discovered hidden in a closet at a Key Largo resort, where new guests unknowingly spent at least one night in the same room as the corpse.
Nadyne Marie Tillman, 43, was found fatally beaten inside a guest room at the Amoray Dive Resort on Tuesday, April 8. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that 33-year-old Dylan Lamb was arrested later the same day and charged with multiple felonies, including second-degree murder, kidnapping, evidence tampering, and procuring another for prostitution.

Tillman was reported missing by a family member who told police they had not heard from her since Saturday morning—an absence they described as highly unusual. Responding officers located her body inside a room that had been rented by Lamb.
Investigators determined that Tillman and Lamb allegedly met on Saturday morning at the resort, where Lamb had checked in the previous day. Staff reported that Lamb had refused to vacate his room when asked to relocate in order to accommodate incoming guests.

After Lamb checked out of the room on Sunday, cleaning staff discovered bloodied bed sheets stuffed into large yard waste bags. However, authorities were not contacted at that time.
The room was then reassigned to new guests, who spent at least one night there, unaware that Tillman’s body was concealed in a crawl space inside the air-conditioning closet. Her remains were only discovered after police entered the room as part of the missing person investigation.
The Amoray Dive Resort has not issued a public statement about the incident. Lamb is currently being held without bond. His arraignment is scheduled for next week, and it remains unclear if he has retained legal representation.
