Trans Woman Threatens Street Preacher With Gun During Sermon in San Francisco

A preacher was confronted at gunpoint while delivering a sermon in San Francisco’s Union Square. The incident occurred as Pastor Kevin Kihara of Christian Forgiveness Ministries addressed a crowd using a microphone, expressing his views on gender identity.
As Kihara spoke, an off-camera voice engaged in a heated exchange with him. He continued his sermon, emphasizing traditional gender roles, stating, “God made men to be men” and “He didn’t make a man to be a woman.” As the verbal exchange escalated, Kihara paused and asked, “What, are you going to come attack me now?”

Seconds later, an individual wearing a blond wig, an overall dress, and heeled boots approached him and drew a firearm from a bag, pointing it just inches from his face. The armed individual stated, “I should,” before retreating.
As the individual walked away, Kihara responded, “Hey, man, it’s up to you if you want to pull that on me. God bless you.” He continued, “I still love you, though. Even if you pulled a gun on me, I still love you, I still bless you.” The individual responded with an expletive before leaving the scene.
It remains unclear whether the incident was reported to law enforcement, as authorities have yet to comment on the matter.
