White Chicks star Marlon Wayans calls ex Brittany Moreland 'entitled' after she filed for full custody of their 15-month-old daughter Axl

Marlon Wayans responded to his ex, Brittany Moreland, filing for sole custody of their 15-month-old daughter in an interview with The Shade Room published on Thursday. The actor, aged 51, referred to the 34-year-old college graduate as 'entitled' for seeking sole custody and requesting additional child support while allowing him only visitation rights.

In the ongoing paternity lawsuit, Moreland has filed for full legal and physical custody of their daughter Axl, confirming Wayans as the father. Wayans expressed frustration over the lawsuit, particularly the request for an additional $2,000 on top of the $18,000 in child support he's already paying.

The comedian, who disclosed last year that his eldest child is transgender, emphasized his refusal to be manipulated or discredited. 'All love, all God,' Wayans affirmed, confirming his paternity and intention to keep his daughter's private life private despite the public nature of his own life.

Wayans also shares two adult children, Kai, 23, and Shawn, 22, with his ex, Angela Zachary, with whom he was in a relationship from 1992 to 2013. He signed a voluntary declaration of parentage for Axl just one day after her birth in December 2022.

Regarding the lawsuit, Wayans criticized the characterization of his role as a 'visitor' despite substantial financial contributions. He expressed confidence in the legal process and maintained a positive outlook, focusing on creating art despite personal challenges.

Moreland's filing includes requests for pregnancy and birth expenses as well as attorney fees to be paid by Wayans. She cited Axl spending the majority of time with her and outlined her financial needs, including child care costs to facilitate her employment.

In response, Wayans highlighted the financial support he provides and criticized Moreland's demands for additional funds, stating that his previous experiences with child support have been without such issues.

He emphasized his responsibility as a father but refused to be exploited or discredited.

While Wayans has not filed a response to reduce his current monthly payments.
